We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform in any way.

4. The Service

What We Provide

ReportIT provides an AI-powered comment moderation service that connects to your social media accounts via authorised APIs. The Service analyses public comments for toxicity, applies automated moderation rules, and generates reports and strike records for violating users.

Limitations

  • ReportIT operates based on probabilistic AI models. Moderation decisions may not always be accurate.
  • We are not liable for missed or incorrect detections.
  • Service availability is subject to API access granted by Meta, Google, and other platforms, which may change at any time.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for service interruptions.

AI Moderation Disclaimer

The AI toxicity analysis tool is provided as an assistive technology and should not be the sole basis for taking action against any individual. You are responsible for reviewing moderation decisions and exercising your own judgment.

5. Social Media Platform Compliance

When you connect your social media accounts to ReportIT, you agree that:

  • You have the authority to connect those accounts and grant ReportIT access.
  • You will comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
  • You will not use ReportIT to violate any platform's policies, including by mass-blocking users without cause.
  • ReportIT's ability to operate is contingent on continued API access from third-party platforms, which we do not control.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Billing

Access to certain features of ReportIT requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' prior notice to subscribers.
